1. Mode of Delivery & Timeframe:

    All parcel will be delivered via registered mail.

    Delivery within Singapore and Malaysia is free (T&C apply) and the estimated delivery is within 2-5 working days upon payment.

    For delivery other than the countries stated above, the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 working days pending custom clearance according to country. Shipping is not inclusive of duties and country taxes and shall not be borne by the shipper.

    We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon purchase. Nonetheless, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to delivery arrangement of courier company at the country. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

    Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

  3. Delivery Charges:

    Free delivery for shipping to Singapore and West Malaysia for any orders more than 400g. Otherwise flat rate will be apply accordingly.

    Shipping rates to East Malaysia and country other than the countries mentioned above, the shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout based on destination and weight.

  4. Tracking

    Tracking number and country of shipping origin for parcel sent out will be emailed to you for orders processed. This is to help you to track your orders either via Singapore Post or Pos Laju.

    For example:

    Consignment note number for shipping originated from Singapore would be RC123456789SG and can be track via Singapore Post official website or app.

    Consignment note number for shipping originated from Malaysia would be EH123456789MY and can be track via Pos Laju official website or app.

  5. Delivery Guarantee

    A signature is required upon delivery of your orders. The onus is on you to provide the correct recipient address and to ensure someone is available to sign off on behalf of you. Should you not around to receive the parcel, you may contact the respective courier company to arrange for second delivery or anther other pickup arrangement allowed by the courier company.
